I have a neighbor like that too. He's retired and likes to plow as he knows some of us head out to work. He cannot seem to figure out why he has to put a load of limestone on his driveway every other year. Plus he peels huge chunks of sod if the grounds isn't 100% froze. He doesn't run shoes on his blade. I finally told him I love his help but I like to "play" on my machines so I will just do my drive when I get home. We all have 800 ft gravel driveways. In the spring he jumps on his $10k ex mark mover and goes. It sounds like small arms fire as he mows next to his drive. He shoots gravel everywhere. Glad there is a 3/8 mile between our driveways so I don't get hit by the shrapnel flying.
