I had a similar thing happen last night on antenna TV. It was pixilating and the screen kept going blue on channel 9-2 when I was trying to watch the news. You can only go to a channel that ends with -1 when you change channels using the numbers on the remote,then you use the other button to go up to the -2 or whatever. So I went to channel 47-1 and up to 47-2. I watched that for a minute,then wanted to try 9-2 again. I went to 9-1,up to 9-2 and it was pixilating the show I'd been watching on 47-2.
