As i type this it is 61 degrees with gray cloudy rainy skyes on the fifth or Dec. here in N.E Ohio .Now i can handle this temp wise but the honeymoon will end soon and the warm feet and hands will soon be a thing of the past . Took advantage of the warm spell and got one batch of Sheepie feed ground and sacked one load of fat cow feed ground and in the steer stuffer and another one ground and in the grinder mixer for next weeks filling . Weighed the fat cows and got in some deer hunting with out frost bit fingers and toes but did have to fight off skeeters yesterday and some flys were out . Deer hunting is not going to well myself i have only seen three deer , two does and one 6-8 point not sure on it as he was to far out and was at high warp when i saw him and i did not calculate quite wright on the mortar round affect shot and at the last second he turned . and the two doe were almost to far for a good rifle shot even while standing . even opening day there were fewer shots fired this year then last and last year was bad in our area.
