I have my 1964 Ford Gallaxy XL500 convertable! I found my old Dodge caravan was a snap. Then bought a used 1996 Ford Explorer 2Dr sport. This is tall enough to allow me at 6'1" to get in and out fine. The only funny thing is when I walk a lot at the flea market or the fair or such I have to sit sideways on the seat a few seconds and "shrink a little" till my head will clear???? Don't know why but it is.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
