My wife did not like housework. ('Course, I didn't find that out until after we were married,) But when she went to work full time after the youngest started school, I did a lot of the housework including cooking. Sure, I would have preferred to have been outside working, but that's the way it goes sometimes. I realize what you said was mostly in fun, but that's what marriage is all about.
