My Mom made me executor of her estate, upon her death. Mom died several years ago. I am trying to clean up the area. My brother has 7 or so pickups, he says he is going to fix up and sell. He never will. Brother is 68, and not in real good health. I have power to make decisions on Mom, and Dad's stuff, but can I do anything about my brother's junk on the estate?
