Furgeson after splitting with ford made models that looked exactly like the ford, but did one thing right, the fords radiator cap and gas fill stuck through the hood for ease of filling. Furgeson put them under the hood so it could tilt foward for ease of access to the motor etc. So if there are no holes in the hood for the gas tank and radiator cap, it's a ferguson.
