I have one similar to that, my F series parts books show it as an included tool with the tractors. Can't help with the value, I found mine in a can in Grandpa's shop when we were cleaning it out. BT

While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery.
