I told you before that ground is there to sell wire it is not connected to and part of the system at your home the ground wire that goes to ground right there is to get 110 from 220. Or half of the cycle in Europe they use the full cycle or 220 volts for everything. Don't grab one of their lines. You can hold the neutral or ground wire in your hand and not feel anything as long as a capacitor motor doesn't startup.
