I think you are refering to the old equinox weather forcasting. In my area the three days were nice, warm, sunny, very little wind from the southwest. Forecast sure did not work in my area. It has been cold, windy, and a lot of snow so far this December. It is usually a little more reliable than this year. We had an old neighbor that used to go out every 4 hours for 3 days. I forgot exactly what he was looking for. But, his method was a lot more accurate than mine.
