We're back in the mud again today, here in central NY. .59 inches of rain since midnight, and temp currently at 52F at noon. Had ,39" of rain yesterday. I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
