My mom is having them. she can still dress, bathe, and cook somewhat and is otherwise quite rational. She called me over one night and pointed out teens in the garden. Even went out with me when I tried to show her they weren't there (they were gone then). I never seen anyone see things like that before. Doctor says its quite common with Alz/dementia
