A post down on the MM board, by Mjfarms65 on the 15th caught my attention. Pics of the exact same genset that I have, except the one in his post was produced by the MM tractor and imp Co. Mine was produced by the Okeef Merrett Co. I know that Jeeps were built by several mfgs., Does anyone know how many co's built this perticular genset. How common are they today. The one I have has the wrong carb on it. Dad changed it over to finish up a spring maple sugaring season. There was and still is no power to the saphouse, and we are now using my YanMar diesel gen to power it. Hopeing to get this one running again. On the MM board they said it was a Herculese engine posibly used in a Moline/Avery model V tractor. Loren, the Acg.
