I remember years or decades back, a cookbook put out by some traveling sales guy that used to cook on his car engine while driving down the road. It saved him time and money he said. I'm not sure, but he may have even cooked fish as well. Reynolds foil works wonders.
Maybe next year I will try cooking the Thanksgiving turkey on one of the Deeres. Maybe mount it above a stack and smoke it.
