I know you are worried (as I would be), but I have run into several occasions where a dog would feel bad for a few days and gradually get better. Dogs are like any other animal (I'm including humans here too) and will get sick from time to time and mostly it's not anything too bad. My father always says to give them sardines and if they won't eat that to take them to the vet. Same rule goes for hogs. When my grandfather had hogs, a can of sardines was sort of his litmus test. If the dog won't eat, something like sardines, hot dogs, viennas, potted meat, etc... will usually get them to eat. I'd take it to a vet, but dogs will bounce back pretty quickly most of the time.
