her.The only things I've replaced so far is blades
and deck belts.Some solinoid trouble too,but thats it.The older sears mowers(EARLY_MID EIGHTIES) had a lot of problems.My ol' M.T.D.
I had to rebuild deck about 3 times in as many years.Mike
