Well I put the plow back on the ATV, brought in wood and fired up the Honda generator in case the power goes out with this storm. I went to Valero at 4:30 and get 10 gallons of gas in case we need the genny, Then i head to the farm, the woman that ownes the place(who is close to 80 and physically and mentally in great shape, and I've been there 25 years) comes down to the barn with bags in her hand, I figured it was canned cat food for the barn cat we got this past summer, well,,, it was a loaf of home made apple bread, made with apples that grew on the farm, cookies and 2 jars of grape jelly she made from her own grapes on the farm. What a treat. So now that I'm in for the night, I guess wifey daughter and I have a tasty snack, while watching Dr. Pol! Lol, guess I won't be losing any weight right off the bat this year, keep warm and safe all.
