I spent much of yesterday doing a prognostication on my income tax (while watching the Rose Bowl). A worthy, though heartbreaking task. I'm self employed, and if I figure out how much I'm short right after the end of the year, I can do a 4th quarter payment by Jan. 15 and not get fined. There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
