Unfortunately, most folks in this part of the states aren't set up for super cold stuff. Gonna be a lot of people without water, without use of their vehicles, without the ability to keep warm in their own homes cause their heating systems aren't adequate for that low temp. We do the best we can and try to help the ones who can't. A lot like a few years ago in Flarda when it went down to near freezing and the predominance of structures were concrete block with NO insulation. Those folks were in a world-o-hurt for a week or two.
