I lost a 4520 down in a gulley that looked something like that today. I was back blading and front loadering stuff that looked a lot like that, got on too steep a slope, and away we went. Tires are about 90%, but no chains this year on the Midwest equivelent of frozen tundra. Well, its -18ish out there, and I tried long enough to fetch it back up. It aint moving. The gulley swallowed it. They say it'll be in the mid-30's by weekend, so she'll sit right where she is for a couple of days so I don't lose another one trying to get her back upto the top. Live and learn. That's a feeeling though when you get on the brakes and she keeps going, and going, and going for about 50 more feet until you hit the up slope on the other side.
