I have 2 masseys with perkins diesels. My 40b has the 203 and started this last week without being plugged in at 15 degrees. The other is a 175 with a 236. The engine only has 200 hours on it and starts good down to 35 or so. If I know I'm gonna use them when Its cold I make a habit out if plugging them in, but both are good starters. The 175 has multi power and I didn't like it at first, but the more I use it, the more I like it. My uncle has a 275 without multi power and he won't part with it.
