Not even in the ballpark. County average here is about 130 or so last I checked(Mercer). Guys that try make 150 or a little better.
The BTOs are offering $50ish. $20-30 is much more common.
You will be lucky to find anyone willing to pay 10% for good ground. Most guys want it for free. Some folks are very happy if you plow their garden, and keep the snow off the driveway in the event of a big snowfall.
Keep in mind that it will take 3 years to get most ground back into shape, as most guys around here farmed it into oblivion(5.0 ph, no P, no K)...
