Technically, a 2010 JD, whereas I was real young, like pre-school, I fooled with the console shifter, it rolled a few feet, one thing is for sure, I had no business on that tractor alone, parental units were not very watchful or all that concerned, I paid for that several times, thinking back, boy did I pay for that. I should have been a statistic, it all started on that tractor LOL ! In reality, '64 4000 S-0-S, spent a lot of time on that tractor, 10-11 years old. First car was a boat, '73 impala, factory air, tilt wheel, factory stereo. PB/PS. I had made a deal for a green '68 firebird convertible in original condition, needed a top, no rust, factory paint, been in a garage for awhile, $700, told my coworker friday, I'll bring the money to work that monday, I did, jerk sold it over the weekend, I had worked all summer and saved for it, he knew that too. Oh well ended up not having a cool car in HS, so what LOL ! at least I had a car and a job. Thinking back, at that time you could find some nice ones like that one was, relatively cheap. 350/auto but still, what would that be worth today LOL !
