Hi Jay ! Did not see this last night, is that the empire state plaza ? I can see the lights, like many of these devices with cameras, mine would be dark and grainy if there is such a word. I've got one of those HTC 1's supposed to be a little better in low light. I really should invest in some sort of a real camera, though the ones on our phones work well.
When I worked in the corning tower, from my desk, if I looked due north, I could see the big field behind our ridge as it is a high point, our 11 acre ridge is even higher, If I scaled a tree from there I am sure I could see clearly beyond that area. I need one of those tree-houses that have been on animal planet and discovery ! It seems that the terrain does odd things, trees and such block views, when I was younger I could see more, trees have grown all around. One of the strangest things I have noticed is that east of my and lower in elevation, I can see pinnacle mountain, the towers, somewhere near the Harley shop nearby, but you can't see it from my house on the hill, funny how that works, really odd.
