To move it you need to pull the transmission tow lever forward.It is located behind your right foot when setting in the seat.Value depends on the rest of the tractor and where it is located. More than likely $1000-2200 depending on the condition of the rest of it.I bought a running 4020 gas narrow front,dual outlets and good tires a few years ago for $2500.A better place to put this question would be the John Deere section below.
