The Massey 147 is basically a vinyard, real narrow version of the diesel 135, built in Spain during some tie up between MF and Ebro. Interesting thing about this is that Ebro were the main Fordson importer in Spain and later they built Fordson Majors under license from Ford. When they started building Masseys they built some real ba$tard tractors like the Massey Ferguson 155 which was really the old dinosaur Fordson Major fitted with Massey 100 series tinwork and painted in MF colours. After they went to building tractors on their own they brought out the fordson major stuff again, using the rear axle and gearbox fitted to a 6 cylinder Perkins engine and MF front axle and wheels, but fitted with tinwork that looked like the MF 200 series, only painted light blue! The Worlds most copied tractor?????
