03º with 20 mile wind and about an hour and a half it started to surge. Thought it was trying to gel up. I just bought two of the magnetic block heaters. I put one on the fuel filter and one under the fuel tank at the outlet. About three minutes and it smoothed out. I noticed frost on the fuel lines. I have 1/4 mix of kerosene with new diesel fuel. I was wondering if I wrapped the fuel lines to keep the fan from blowing directly over the fuel lines would help. We are at a level 3 snow emergency and are under threat of arrest it caught on the roads. I plan on making it a stronger mix when the roads ore open. I have a half tank of fuel and am letting it heat up more before I go back to pushing snow. I have about another hour of pushing snow to feed the North lots. Warming the fuel might get the job done for today anyway. Any Thoughts??
