And "outsourcing," rather than having governmental units doing the work, is supposed to save money AND stimulate the economy. That's why the Indiana Toll Road was sold...so government wouldn't be in the business of maintaining that road. It's supposed to save tax dollars.
Wait until government starts "outsourcing" police and fire protection to private companies...and you'll have to pay [probably up front, so they can be sure they'll collect] to have fireman put out your burning home, rather than paying for it with your taxes.
