I have had really good luck with HH Greg here. I bought a new TV Black Friday and my son got me some external speakers for Christmas (hard of hearing). There was no place to hook up the speakers. I went to HH Greg to consult on how I could do it. After discussions we determined there was no way. So I said what will you give me on trade. They said if you have not had it 30 days they will take it back. So I went home and got it so I could trade up to one the speakers would attach to. took it home and set it up. Didn't really like it so I took it back the next day. No problems, full credit again and traded up one more time. asked if they could cut me a deal on the last one and they did. I am not one that very often returns items. I stick with what I bought but did not in this case. I have never bought anything from HH Greg that they would not negotiate the price on.
