Try the tractor and equipment aution in Idabel Oklahoma. I once saw a grade contraption there that pulled behind a tractor. It had all kinds of big wheels to turn to adjust the blade. It looked just like the blade area on a motor grader.

If I recall correctly, At Idabel, they sell equipment on Thursdays and Tractors on Friday. Or maybe its Friday and Saturday. Anyway, its the third weekend of every month. I've never seen so much equipment and tractors in one place in my life. You might find a grader rig there.
