For years my parents never had anything done. Now the cows are spending more time on concrete and they are having more hoof related injuries. A trimmer comes with his mobile chute and he'll trim a dozen or so cows (Dad never runs the whole herd through) and ussually I have about 8 wraps to cut off 5 days later. Dad's to stiff and vulnerable to cut the wraps himself so I get that job.
No idea what the guys charges, as it's not my business what Dad pays.
