I hate development. Thankfully I have enough buffer, and am pretty far away from major development. My fear is that someday St. Louis and Kansas City will grow out enough to meet in the middle. And I am smack dab in the middle.

Hopefully I will be long gone by then.

Before I am crippled up too much I am gonna take the dozer and bury a couple of truck load of the old, hard, asbestoes shingles that came off of my grandmothers house. That'll screw some future developer !!
