I don"t have clue what labor would be?
maybe $1500.00 ?? That only amounts to
3100.00 & change??

I would if possible repair the 1/4 panel
Might not need the rear Bumper support But
from the height of the cover I think it does.

There must be some unseen damage to the box
your not showing, or someone is wanting a
vacation on your dime..
