$2700-35 would be more in the ballpark. The PS problen could be as simple as replacing the belt, and brakes are simple expanding disc type, which a good cleaning could fix. As far as the 3pt issue, I would guess a linkage problem or stuck pilots in the control valve under the platform. When you move the remote valve levers does the motor draw a bit, and do the remote hoses tense up? If not the pump or relief valve could be shot, but even a poor pump should do a little something.
