Just for the thought that you don't find a grader, I took a box blade and rigged up a drawbar on the front of it and then put a pair of adjustable wheels on the back of it. This made it great for leveling and grading parking lots and gravel roads. This idea could be used on a simple 3 point grader blade as well.
