I have to remember the $500.00 price! I recently completely went through the steering column from a customer's 850 Versatile tractor, to the point of cutting a few inches off of a common Chevy pickup column and welding it to the Versatile's column, as some of the "tabs" had been broken off, and I haven't billed him yet!
(Versatile used Oldsmobile (Tornado, I believe) steering columns.)

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
