Well, you started this rant. It finally hit critical mass here this morning. I haven't been able to get manure out in over a month, just keeps piling up,more snow, freezing in,gates were at the point of barely opening, some haven't opened since December. We got about 8 inches over night. The cattle in the finishing pen finally went over it overnight. Broke a board fence so they could just walk in and out. Had to have the wife drag the gate around so I could get a bale in and coax them back where they belong. Feed bunks were level full of snow, had to clean all of them out. The bunker silo had to be cleaned out to get to the silage. I still haven't plowed the driveway. I got hungry and had to come in for a few minutes. On my way back out,but if this short thaw that's coming isn't enough to get some of the snow and ice out of those feedlots,I honest to God don't know what I'm gonna do. I was at the end of my rope. I lost my grip and fell off this morning.
