I think you're full of it. Wall St is doing fine, certain urban areas are doing fine and that's it. The statewide average UE rate runs close to 7.2% with many areas over 9%. And thats the U3 number. The U6 is over 12%. Huge numbers of NYS residents are on Food Stamps or welfare/disability.
