About the internet... old Hughes/Wildblue, we were paying like $85 and it was awful. This new service...we can stream movies/video, web pages with pictures load...almost like Broadband... there is a quarter-second delay when you first start something...then it fires up quick...so...if you are a "gamer" then it is not for you...i am not a "gamer"...so it doesnt matter to me... New service...like I said...$59, hasnt gone up...quality has been the same since day 1...i think when i move the modem (we finished the front of the house) it will cut 30 feet of cable after the satellite which will speed us up even a little more...customer service has been good...we had one modem go bad and it was replaced quickly... neighbor has new hughesnet gen 4....basically the same...they seem happy... we have directv too.....i know there is some bundling offers out there... this "excede" that we have is though wildblue...
hope your daughter is doing ok...
