Keep your head up! It will get better. I had back surgery three years ago. 5 days in the hospital, and six months of lifting no more then 6 pounds or a gallon of milk. follow the doctors instructions to a T. Do all your physical theraphy like your suppose too.
Like everyone said the first three weeks or so are the worst. After that your going to feeling better the key is to not to forget that you had backsurgery because your going to be surprised how well you are feeling. My pain was considerably less then it had been in years after the surgery. I had mine done in Nashville TN
