I know your pain. In IL they can pull you over for no seatbelt. Where I work at we have gray shirts for our uniform and my belt is gray. I got pulled over one day in the summer when 4 ISP was in town getting people for seat belts. I told him that I had mine on and he didnt belive me and said I put it on while he was pulling out. I told him how can you see that it was on 40 yards away while I drive by 45 mph and you sitting inside you car. He said I have you on camrea and it shows. I asked to see it and he refused to show since he couldnt. I told him that I refuse the ticket until you prove it to me. He gave me a ticket. I protested it and said to see you in court. I went to the court house to let them know that Im not paying the fine and want my lic back. They said that I can get it at court when I pay. Long story short the courthouse call before court date and said my fine has been dropped that I can pickup my lic. I see the trooper every once in awhile for work and wont say a word to me while the other troopers will BS with me while working. Just dont let them take you for granted and stand up for your self!!
