Still working on getting the land split my Mom left my brother and myself. Just one big problem after another. Since the neighbor lady bought a house, and is not interested in my land. she is out of the picture. Plus, no longer a big guilt trip for me. Not going into the details on that. Every time I turn around someone wants money. Just paid the water district 500 big ones to tell me how much water comes out of the fire plug at the property. Shouldn't they know that already? The same day I found out I need to put an electric transformer 200 ft. closer to the land. That can't be cheap. Then there's the storm water engineer, wants his cut. Things aren't all that bad though, at 71, I still have good health, My finger is healing quite well from smashing it last week. The sun came up today. We are going to get some rain soon, so there will be weeds to mow, and disc in the spring. Sometimes it's just good to talk over the fence to the neighbors. Stan
