Yes we have wind, we are getting the pollution directly from the ND coal power plants! I don't think Japan is a big contributor to world pollution, but china is for sure. Recently it was in the news that a Chinese city had pollution so bad that you couldn't recognize a face at 30 feet, do we want to be like that?
