Place I used to work never had the same health ins. over 2 years in a row, at the meeting about the new ins. they said chiropractic visits were covered 100% .My back hurt and I new what they said, so when I got some bills from chiropractor I called customer serv, asked the girl if she was me and was going to ch. pract.how much money would she take with her for copay. She said $20 or whatever it was, hung up and called same number different girl same question, she said no charge. said transfer me to your super visor. Supervisor didn't seam to know and was going to study it and get back to me. Week or so later I got a refund from the chiro-prat for everthing I paid. Mass confusion
