I bought a 'Personal Comfort' air bed a couple of months ago. They threw in two 'memoryfoam' pillows on the deal. Love the bed, but the pillows have smelled musty since day one, like they got wet in a damp warehouse. I called customer service a couple of times, and got two different girls, and two different answers. Then, I called the rep that I bought it through, and she said she would get an answer for me and call back- that was three weeks ago. Today, another girl called and asked me how I was getting on with the bed. I told her about the problem, and she said they would send out two new pillows.
By the way, this is an air bed that the exact same thing as a 'Sleep Number' bed, but at about half of the jingle. Daughter has a SN, and is upset that ours cost less and is every bit as good....We love the thing...
