33 bids and it's up to $2600. At least the reserve has been met. High Point is right at me but I don't see anything in the ad that makes me think it's worth that. I expect it's rare to find a good fertilizer distributor but planters are common here. Not really much equipment there. It appears to have just been washed and is still wet in the pictures.
I've owned one and my father owns one and my neighbor owns one and I just don't think it's worth that. $1,600 maybe but not $2,600. I wouldn't buy one over the internet because it's way to much that could be wrong with them that would bother you but the seller didn't feel it was a big deal or never noticed. If the true user is diseased, his son probably never knew what was wrong with it--just that his dad "didn't use it much". His son sold it to this guy who though the price was right to make some money on it. He drove it around the yard and proclaimed it to be working and thus it's in excellent shape. I actually had rear tires on the cub I bought that look like they were never been used. While attaching implements I noticed a big, nasty bulge on the inside sidewall then got hit in the face with a very, very thin stream of water. Trying to find where it was coming from it turned out to be the other rear tire. They were so cut up inside they could only be replaced and the rims were rusting inside bad too. Make sure you look extra good under grease and dirt as cracks in castings hide quite well too.
