Sounds like it 90% restored already, a few bullet holes, broken pieces, boy I wish the Case SC that I had bought had been that complete,!
But if you really need that kind of a tractor, and have the time and the funds to do it , it would be an enjoyable project , especially when you compare before and after pictures. For value, that is up to you.
How bad do you need it? How bad do you want it?
Are there any more in the area for parts? The person who gave you the first reply, could probably tell you more precise things to look for concerning what to watch out for. Good Luck
