Must be a newer one, I don't recall that number from the blue and white Romanian-built ones in the 70's. I guess the Long name is still being used, but I have no idea of who makes them or what they actually are.
Best thing is to take some measurments off your tractor- height, distance from front of front frame to rear axle, size of rear tires. Then look around at tractors of about the same dimensions, and note what make and model loaders they have.
Easiest to mount are the older, non-quick detach type, that bolt to the front of the tractor (usiing the bolt holes where you would normally attach a weight bracket) and with U-bolts to the underside of the back axle. The later loaders, and the quick-detach varieties, need a set of threaded holes amidships, and you would need to make a set of adapters.
You could check with current loader manufacturers, to see if they have brackets for your tractor, but if you're talking new, you'll end up spending big $$$.
