I have bought several sets from them over the past few years. The last set of studded snows arrived with no studs. Spent 3 days being accused of changing my order before they finally admitted to making the mistake. After that they shipped some different ones and paid the return shipping on the others. I wasn't upset that there was a mistake, it just shouldn't be that difficult to get the problem solved.
I generally buy tires online because I can get what I want, not what the local dealer wants to sell. Went into a local shop to price tires for the wife's car, told them I wanted a premium tire, the gave a price for bargain imports???
