The faster the better! Your interest is no longer deductible on your Federal income tax. Years ago that was a SMALL benefit to having a home mortgage but that went away several years ago. Every penny you can pay towards the PRINCIPAL of your loan saves you interest money. That is money that your paying your lender to use their money and it"s how they get richer and richer. Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
